JAMIE SOULE

SUMMARY

Jamie Soule joined West Bromwich Albion’s academy at just eight years old, quickly developing into one of the club’s most promising young talents. Despite interest from top clubs across England and Europe, he remained with the Baggies and signed his first professional contract at 17. His reputation grew further after an impressive FA Youth Cup campaign, where he registered six goals and one assist in just five matches. He continued to progress at Premier League 2 level and was assigned the number 32 shirt for the 2020–21 season before being released by West Brom in June 2022.

Seeking senior football experience, Soule embarked on several loan spells. His first came in early 2020 with Barrow A.F.C., where he made two appearances before the COVID-19 pandemic cut his time short. Later that year, he joined Lincoln City on a short-term loan, making an immediate impact by scoring on his debut in the EFL Trophy. However, limited opportunities and an untimely muscle injury restricted his game time. In January 2022, he secured another loan move to League One side Cheltenham Town, hoping to gain more regular first-team minutes.

Following his release from West Brom, Soule faced setbacks in securing a new club but eventually found a home at Alvechurch FC in February 2023. Determined to rebuild his career, he made an instant impact by scoring on his full debut. With his technical ability, goal-scoring instincts, and resilience, Soule is now looking to reignite his career and climb back up the footballing ladder.
